Passionate travel organizers make this magic happen and WeTravel is here to support those travel organizers. We help them publish their trip offerings, take bookings, process payments, pay suppliers/vendors, and digitize their operations. This helps travel organizers get more bookings, save time, and save money.

About the role


As a Senior Product Designer at WeTravel, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future experience within our platform. You will lead design projects from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences that are simple, intuitive, and visually stunning while ensuring that our solutions are user-centered and aligned with our business goals.

As part of our diverse, talented design team, you’ll enjoy a unique opportunity to impact the entire platform. Working within a design studio model, we are responsible for all our personas' experience. From developing new features to optimizing existing flows, your work will be visible company-wide and play a key role in shaping our product's future.

Your designs will directly support our customers—group and multi-day travel organizers—by delivering impactful, intuitive features that help them grow their businesses. You’ll create the right solutions and ensure they are seamlessly integrated and adopted by our users.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Design Projects: Own the entire design process—from sketching initial ideas to delivering pixel-perfect designs ready for launch.
  • Put Users First: Dive into user research, develop personas, and create user journeys that make our platform the go-to operating system for organizers.
  • Prototype & Test: Sketch, wireframe, prototype—repeat! Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life.
  • Team Up & Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define, build, and ship exciting new features.
  • Shape the Design Vision: Help evolve our design vision, systems, and brand guidelines. Participate in daily team rituals like design critiques, story creation, and stand-ups.
  • Be the User's Advocate: Champion design thinking and best UX/UI practices, ensuring that everything we build makes organizing amazing trips effortless for our users.
  • Data is Your Bestie: Leverage data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine and perfect your designs.
  • Solve Problems Like a Pro: Tackle ambiguous challenges with the right balance of effort, always keeping both design and engineering considerations in mind.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

  • Experienced in designing killer digital products.
  • A portfolio packed with beautiful, user-friendly designs and seamless UX.
  • You're a Figma wizard and know your way around responsive design and design systems.
  • Research savvy: You’ve done your share of user research and can turn insights into design gold.
  • A team player at heart. You collaborate easily with designers, engineers, and the PM’s—and you’re great at explaining your design decisions.
  • You’ve got a growth mindset—you love feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, juggling-multiple-projects world.
  • Our multinational team must have fluency in English and clear communication with non-native speakers.
  • You’ve got a bias for action, a knack for simplifying things, and a positive attitude to top it all off.
  • An eye for detail: Sweat the small stuff...from pixels to kerning.
  • A sense of humor—we’re all about sharing laughs and gifs to keep things fun.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A solid understanding of software engineering workflows (because we love designers who get the tech side).
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, finance or travel industries.
  • A flair for branding design.
