Key Responsibilities
WeTravel is a dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the travel industry. Our cutting-edge solutions empower multi-day and group travel businesses to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth. As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and extremely organized Website Auditor to join our growth marketing team and play a pivotal role in our journey.
Job Summary:
The Website Auditor will conduct comprehensive SEO and CRO audits of clients' websites, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to improve performance. The right candidate will be recognized and provided with opportunities for further growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of clients' websites to identify SEO improvements. Deliver detailed reports to clients with tailored recommendations based on each client's specific needs.
- CRO Auditing: Analyze website conversion rates, identify barriers to conversion, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
Collaboration: Partner with the account management team to deliver audit results to clients, providing guidance and support to help them understand and effectively implement the recommendations for maximum benefit.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Who Is A Good Fit?
- Methodical: You will be tasked with auditing various clients' websites daily. It is essential that you feel comfortable and satisfied performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn: You may not possess all the required skills initially, but you should have a strong desire to learn more about SEO and CRO and how to conduct comprehensive website audits for our clients.
- Organized: You possess exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple audits simultaneously without compromising attention to detail. You excel at creating and maintaining audit schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of comprehensive reports to clients.
- Self-Directed: You are self-motivated and can work autonomously, managing your time and tasks effectively.
- Proactive: You anticipate challenges and opportunities, taking the initiative to address and communicate them before they arise.
- Collaborative: You work well with cross-functional teams, always striving to improve communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Analytical: You have strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable with changing the scope of your work according to different business needs. You might be asked to work on projects outside the scope of SEO and CRO.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, specializing in one or more of the following areas: SEO, CRO, website development, content marketing, or inbound marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams. Access to writing software will be provided to ensure text relevance, accuracy, and clarity in client communications.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Not mandatory, but definitely a plus:
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc., to execute audits effectively and derive actionable insights.
- Web Development Skills: Basic knowledge of web development and design principles, with experience in website and landing page creation and optimization.
