Key Responsibilities

Your main role is to assist new customers configure the software by building trips within the WeTravel software, and train customers to effectively adopt the platform. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators, have high attention to detail, and can project manage several tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales representatives to understand customer requirements and needs
  • Configure the product to the client’s needs by creating Trips within the WeTravel software
  • Assist with information migration into WeTravel for new customers.
  • Train customers to use the software via virtual screen-shares.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition in the customer journey.
  • Help design, iterate, and implement best practices for the onboarding team
  • Become a product expert so you can effectively implement best practices

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Comfortable managing projects and mutli-tasking
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and helping small businesses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of google sheets and CRM functionalities
  • Bonus if you have prior experience working in an Onboarding department at a B2B SaaS company
