ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Customer Care Assistant
LOCATION: Milan, HQ
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Paid Internship - 800e/month + meal vouchers
START DATE: April 2026

In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring nonstop customer delight, providing a stunning post booking & trip experience as well as giving the right insights related to market, offering and operations.
What you'll do:
Together with the Customer Care Team, you’ll be in contact with our WeRoaders, through our communication channels (Mail, phone, whatsapp). You will support our WeRoaders after they booked their trip, answering their questions and preparing them at best for their upcoming adventure

Achieve agreed upon post sales targets and SLAs
Check customer feedback to create strong, positive experience that exceeds their expectations
Contribute in the management of key pre-departures processes, such as documents check, payment process, tour changes and cancellations.
What we’re looking for:
You are an Italian native and you have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a third language — German, Spanish, or French — is considered an asset.
You are empathetic and with great listening skills
Excellent stress management skills and you are able to approach issues in a diligent, organized and rational way
Great attention to details
You are a fast-learner, to be able to integrate at best in a very dynamic environment
Social and able to work strongly with a team
You love to travel, learn and meet new people - in short, you are a true WeRoader
You are flexible to work outside of official working hours not exceeding the 40h/ week
You are currently based in Milan or willing to move.

What we can offer:
6 Months internship. This role is meant to cover our WeRoad peak but we’re a fast-growing company and we can ensure that talented people will always find an opportunity in WeRoad.
