ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: SEO Specialist

LOCATION: Milan

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed or Permanent, based on seniority

SALARY RANGE: up to 37K

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and manage our global SEO strategy, focusing on core areas such as on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform our content strategy and optimize our website content.

• Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and adjust strategies as necessary. Monitor competitors' SEO activities trends to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies to outperform them

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in creating engaging, high-quality content.

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to site performance, site architecture, and other factors.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

• Provide recommendations for improving website structure, content, and link development strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful SEO strategy implementation

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

• Experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO

• Proficient with XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.

• Good predisposition to prioritize your workload with minimal supervision

• Clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in both Italian and English
