ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: SALES & CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
LOCATION: LONDON, UK
TYPE OF CONTRACT: FULL TIME, PERMANENT CONTRACT
SALARY RANGE: £26.000 - £30.000 + BONUS.

Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenge in the Travel World? If so, this may be what you are looking for!
What you'll do:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our WeRoaders and will be in contact with them through all major customer channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone and more);
- You'll be working on sales; hunting down and converting leads through all our channels;
- You'll also be supporting our WeRoaders after they've booked a trip, answering their queries and preparing them for their upcoming adventure;
- You’ll work closely with our UK Sales Manager to roll out the sales & customer care strategy, and develop best practices for sourcing and converting WeRoaders, as well as supporting them in their pre-departure journey;
- You’ll find creative ways to generate new leads, building and utilising your network and optimising the most effective channels for interaction with potential WeRoaders;
- You’ll keep the sales & customer care process organised by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and record of interaction with customers, as well an responding to all enquiries in a timely manner;
- You’ll be an expert on all of our adventures, able to give tailored advice to customers who are looking for support in finding and ultimately booking their perfect tour, as well as preparing them for an adventure they've already booked;
- You support the team when required at UK events, meeting and engaging potential WeRoaders and helping to build our ever-growing community in the UK.
What we’re looking for:
- You are a recent graduate or you are about to graduate
- You are an avid traveler who cannot wait for the next adventure - i.e. you have the WeRoad spirit!
- You are native to the UK or speak the English language at a mother-tongue level and have lived experience of the British culture and ways of communicating;
- You have some profiency in Google Suite or Office (like G-Sheet and/or Excel)
- You are highly enthusiastic: an all-star communicator, able to transmit your energy and personality into your telephone, written, online and face-to-face interactions;
- You are a fast learner, able to quickly learn different processes across a range of platforms;
- You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results;
- You are a people person and comfortable proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in the WeRoad product;
