ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Activation Marketing Project Manager

SALARY: UP TO €60K + Bonus (depending on seniority)

LOCATION: Paris, FR

At the moment we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be supporting the global marketing team to deploy activities in France.

What will you do/ Role and Responsibilities

This role is crucial for the success of WeRoad marketing activities in the local market and it requires a good understanding of WeRoad brand, target, and marketing strategies, as well as a good knowledge of the country's culture and city's specificities. It also requires very good project management skills along with effective communication and strong interpersonal management skills.

As the France Marketing Communications Manager, reporting to the Global Marketing team based in Milan but based in Paris within the Country team, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing activities at a local level and specifically:

  • Liaise between Global and Country teams and be the pivot between Country/sales needs and Global Marketing functions.

  • Prioritize and align marketing activities to support sales goals according to the Country team’s targets and the Global Marketing Plan.

  • Ensure the proper implementation of brand guidelines on a local level, guaranteeing at the same time to cater to cultural nuances of the country in target while respecting the global brand DNA.

  • Propose to the HQ local field initiatives such as local partnerships, sponsorships and field activations and other opportunities to seize.

  • Work in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team in the development, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives. You will be the armed arm of the HQ Marketing team for the implementation of marketing at a local level:

  • Plan and execute ATL campaigns (OOH, TV, Radio), negotiating directly with media owner companies and advertising companies.

  • Activate and manage partnership and co-marketing campaigns with relevant partners and brands (digital and offline).

  • Activate and manage Influencer programs and foster relations with key influencers (lifestyle, travel, sports).

  • Launch Marketing stunts and PR-worthy initiatives.

  • Manage event sponsorship (festivals, fairs, etc.) music & concerts, media partnership.

  • Manage offline and multimedia activities and campaigns (out-of-home, guerrilla, marketing stunts).

  • Manage day-by-day relationships with local PR partners and media partners.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience of at least 1 year in similar positions
    • Experience managing fairs, events, and sponsorships from start to finish
    • Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
    • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to coordinate between HQ and Market and to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with strict deadlines
    • Exhibit strong stakeholders management and communication skills
    • French native speaker with an strong level of English
