JOB TITLE: Revenue Manager
LOCATION: Milan, HQ
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: €45-60K + Bonus
REPORTING TO THE COO Andrea Lamperini
What you'll do:
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy and profit across selling countries, various travel products and services.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to make informed pricing decisions
Build and/or implement revenue management tools and systems to monitor and adjust pricing based on demand, seasonality, price sensitivity, cost structure, flight costs and other relevant factors.
Build and/or implement models for forecasting demand, which is crucial for setting prices that maximize revenue and how complex offering distribution might impact conversion rates
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply, and tech teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Conduct regular performance analysis and produce reports to track revenue performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
Lead pricing meetings and provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue management.
What we’re looking for:
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role within the travel industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and revenue optimization strategies.
High standards of work ethic and transparency. Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams. Strong entrepreneurial approach and a "get things done" attitude.
You have good knowledge of SQL (Postgres or MySQL databases)
Fluency in English; Italian is not required ;)
