· Develop storyboards and scripts to convey the desired message effectively.
Content Creation:

· Capture video footage and audio in various settings, both in-studio and on location.
Editing and Post-Production:
· Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
· Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance video quality and engagement.
Project Management:
· Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to develop video content that meets project requirements.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into video projects.
Equipment Management:
· Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
· Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and recommend new tools and techniques.
Creative Direction:
· Provide creative direction and input during the video production process to ensure high-quality output.
· Stay abreast of video trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Brand Consistency:
· Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
· Maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video projects.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Monitor video performance metrics and provide insights on video effectiveness.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and video production, preferably in a marketing context.
· Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
· Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
· Creative storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.·
