Job Description:

As an early Full Stack Software Engineer, you have a key role in transitioning our tech from MVP to scale. You will work closely with our leadership and operations teams to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of our platform.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features on time.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • PostgreSQL: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and complex queries.
  • JavaScript Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • FlutterFlow: Experience in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow or other no-code platforms.
  • API Development: Experience in RESTful API design and integration.
  • Backend Development: Strong understanding of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., NoSQL).
