As an Entrepreneur in Residence (Intern) at gotukio.com, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with our founding team and gain hands-on experience in the early stages of a high-growth company. This role is ideal for a passionate self-starter who is eager to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact in the travel industry. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, from strategy and operations to marketing and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to develop and enhance our platform's features and services.

Marketing & Growth: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.

Operations: Support day-to-day operations, including customer service, vendor management, and process optimization.

Destination Management: Ensure that our offering is up to date in existing destinations, and assist in the selection and launch process for new destinations

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the travel industry and startups.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Experience in startups, travel, or technology is a plus but not required.
