As a Growth Hacker at Gotukio.com, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will leverage various growth channels, including social media, community building through various channels, business development, affiliate marketing, and other digital marketing avenues, to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and engagement across all channels.

Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize our presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with relevant communities on Reddit, TripAdvisor, Substack and other forums to generate leads and build trust among potential customers.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage users, and drive conversions.

Affiliate Marketing: Identify and onboard strategic affiliates and influencers to promote our services and increase bookings.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize growth tactics, messaging, and channels to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of scaling user growth and driving revenue in a digital-first environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media strategies, and online community engagement.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and business development is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Passion for travel and an understanding of the safari industry is mandatory.
