As a System Administrator specialized in MDM and IAM, you’ll join our IT Operations team on their mission to build robust information management systems, design innovative productivity solutions, and provide user-centric support to enable trivago’s talents to work efficiently and securely. You'll work alongside our MDM and other IAM experts to leverage these technologies and improve the IT service landscape at trivago, with opportunities in the wide spectrum of additional technologies managed by the team. How you'll make an impact:

• Collaborate with the IT Security team to improve our security and react to possible breaches
• Keep our end devices updated, functioning, and productive for the users

What you'll need to thrive:

• 2-3 years' work experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with Intune and MDM technologies
• Proficiency using Active Directory and Windows Server technologies
• Experience with IAM technologies
• A sound knowledge of Cloud technologies, systems architecture, and infrastructure
• Experience with scripting and an automation mindset
• Be a problem solver who continually thinks of new ways to improve technical skills and keep current with industry trends whilst working autonomously
• Be a proactive personality who looks at the IT landscape from the perspective of the user

Stand out with:

• Expertise using JSS for MacOS management
• Working knowledge of SCEPman or other Certification Authority
• Experience with Powershell, Bash, or Power automate
