As a Workday Specialist, you will help us design, build, and maintain solutions that boost productivity, streamline business processes, enhance data security & compliance, and provide quality of life improvements for our talents. How you’ll make an impact:

• Implement new Workday functionality, from design to testing and deployment
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Research best practices and identify areas of improvement
• Prepare new releases for Workday whilst maintaining awareness of changes and challenges
• Create and maintain user education materials and deliver education sessions to our stakeholders
• Provide operational support for the system with bug fixes and system maintenance

What you'll need to thrive:

• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience with HCM, security and reporting
• An eye for details and a structured work approach
• Hands-on mentality for problem solving
• Ability to zoom out and understand context and dependencies
• Analytical thinking that helps you gain a good understanding of complex processes and data

Stand out with:

• Experience in any of the following Workday modules: Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
