How you’ll make an impact:

• Continuously monitor our incident management dashboard.
• Monitoring and proactive maintenance to prevent shortcomings.
• Proactively resolve and perform root cause analysis for incidents with different severity level.
• Document your solutions, concepts and approaches for future reference.
• Be involved to constantly improve our run books and response procedures.

What you'll need to thrive:

• You are bachelor’s or master’s student studying Computer Science.
• High self-motivation and interest in programming languages, frameworks and microservice architectures.
• Willing to learn new things for automation, maintenance & further development of our IT infrastructure
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• To be a team player and enjoy collaborating with different people as well as share knowledge.
• You are willing to work during nighttime on occasion
• You speak English fluently (our company language)

Stand out with:

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana and Prometheus)
• Experience working with OpsGenie and Kubernetes
• Knowledge in Devops.
• A good understanding of cloud technologies
