Every month, over 120 million users rely on the trivago website for finding their perfect getaway. This requires the highest quality possible and our product and UX teams ensure that our product delivers on this expectation. We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Content Vertical team and deliver innovative improvements to our product to make any traveler find their ideal hotel at the best rate. In this team, we look after key points including images, reviews, ratings and amenities to enable the user to decide where to stay. You'll not only drive frontend initiatives, but also work closely with the dependent backend teams to seamlessly integrate this content to the product. Are you up for this exciting opportunity? How you’ll make an impact:

• Take responsibility for the whole lifecycle of your initiatives: from ideation and research, to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization
• Develop a great understanding of our business, users and technology
• Use the Continuous Discovery Framework to find, define, and validate business opportunities and user problems worth solving
• Build test plans and, for successful tests, manage the production implementation
• Work with and coordinate large cross-functional teams involving design, user research, business analytics, frontend and backend engineers, and quality assurance engineers

What you'll need to thrive:

• Several years' experience working as a product manager in a modern, agile online company
• A passion for creating user-centric products and an excellent understanding for our users' needs
• Proactive attitude: You’ll find, evaluate and solve problems, rather than documenting stakeholder requirements
• Exceptional leadership skills: You know what you want to achieve, can inspire others to follow your vision, and have the drive to push your ideas through to execution
• A proven track record of managing feature discovery and delivery in a cross-functional product team
• Fluent English (our company language) skills
