As the Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist, you will act as a centralized point of contact for the GPS Enterprise team leading initiatives across process governance & communication. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders within the org to provide the global GPS Enterprise team with the tools and resources to improve the way they work & operate to effectively execute their roles.

You have the ability to question the effectiveness of current processes and procedures in order to drive change to increase the efficiency of the team & ways of working. You are an effective written and verbal communicator who can distill feedback, opinions, and needs into an actionable strategy with top-tier organizational skills to execute this vision. You are revenue driven with an awareness of marketplace needs in the advertising space and can establish strong connections and drive intentional collaboration in order to enhance both.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the GPS Airtable ecosystem, acting as the SME for internal and cross-functional stakeholders; troubleshooting with Airtable support as needed

  • Collaborate alongside the GTM team on product rollouts across our Enterprise suite of solutions; informing gaps in sales knowledge and confidence and overseeing the build of learning environments to help support and drive revenue

  • Launch a holistic E2E process optimization workstream within GPS Enterprise; project managing action items and automations that will allow the org to be more efficient and effective in their day-to-day

  • Oversight of the GPS internal communications strategy - facilitating all written communications and newsletters and gathering the right information to surface to the right people at the right time in the right way.

  • Maintain upkeep of cross-functional documentation including but not limited to The Compass, Starter Kits, E2E Process, Org charts, Distribution lists, GPS Calendar, etc.

  • Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of GPS Learning & Development calendar

  • Operate seamlessly within in a complex organization across multiple Business Units

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4+ years of digital media, enablement, communications, and/or relevant professional experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests, work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines

  • Familiarity with sales organizations and advertising terms

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • A team player and collaborator

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
