In this Role, you’ll get to
· Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
· Prepare reports as necessary.
· Initiate, execute, assist in the planning and support of projects and processes.
· Collaborate with team to standardize, operationalize, and develop both manual and automated workflows.
· Assist Team to analysis and create report to track performance and productivity against overall team’s KPIs.
· Create documents and trainings with team or stakeholders (if necessary).
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Mn. 2 years experience as a Marketing / Data Analyst or Business Intelligence with a strong exposure to marketing channels, ideally in E-commerce or travel industry.
- Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
- Giving the insight and suggestion with data statistics support.
- Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
- Willingness to learn acquired new skills.
- Good at Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experiences skill of SQL is a plus.
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
