In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Be responsible for hotel coverage and sign new contract according to company strategy and promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to partners;
  • Be responsible for maintaining and growing Trip.com’s business in your assigned markets.
  • Consult partners in both short & long term strategy to maximize their revenue on Trip.com’s platform via different strategic plans
  • Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory; promoting relevant commercial products & campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain & leverage partners' relationship to make Trip.com their most preferrable OTA platform.
  • Understand the market’s landscape and situation to identify challenges & opportunities via data analysis, market analysis & market research.
  • Able to develop current distributors by creating and qualifying leads from potential clients in overseas market.

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in account management position, background from Online Travel Agencies (OTA) or Hotel Revenue or E-commerce is preferred.

  • High level of adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment.

  • Positive and enthusiastic team player.

  • Strong logical thinking capability and data analysis capability.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
