Knowledge Analyst

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Set up regular operation reports and monitor the operational index for the business department

· Understand the team’s business needs and translate them into data analysis and reports

· Develop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business’ performance and action points.

· Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management

· Perform ad-hoc analysis assigned by line manager

· Have the capacity to thrive in our fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of work

· Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Management, Comms, and/or any relevant field

· At least 1-year experience as Data Analyst; customer care center and travel industry experience, preferred

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

· Has strong analytical and statistical skills; possesses strong business sense and ability to draw insights from data

· Understanding and experience with SQL is a plus

· Working knowledge in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools)

· Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders

· Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail and analytical reasoning

· Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
