Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing of accommodation inventory
- Initiate the contracting process with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellent relationships with supplier vendors
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness
- Familiar with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge and process
- Advise suppliers on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis
- Other assigned tasks and projects etc.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Valid working authorization
- Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business
- A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability
- Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required
- Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time
