In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Responsible for the user experience quality of the product for the Philippines markets
  • Measure and monitor the overall experience level of the country through data analysis, user research, and other methods and produce reports
  • Analyze user experience data and find critical issues behind
  • Lead local user research projects (such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) and identify product opportunities and pain points
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Improve the quality of user experience by leading local and global projects and collaborating with diverse teams to implement recommended improvements
  • Support headquarters and other regions to complete user experience testing projects or support through leading freelancers
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 3 years of experience in user experience/product or user operations/data analysis/project management or related fields in the internet industry. Experience in App products optimization preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data.
  • Experience in the travel and e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated;
  • Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
