In this role, you’ll get to
  • Responsible for product localization for US&CAN markets, regularly providing local market intelligence to local teams and headquarters to influence global product and marketing direction.
  • Actively think, plan, identify, and build localized products and features with integrated usability studies, research, and market analysis that address customer needs
  • Use self-service dashboards to monitor and report on onboarding programs. Leverage data to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable business solutions, shape future effective profitable strategies, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with other local teams and headquarters teams to collaborate on marketing/merchandising campaigns/BD/product/design functions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any similar discipline
  • Valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in travel related industry
  • In-depth understanding of the local consumer market
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Working experience in OTA
