In this role, you’ll get to
  • To develop procurement strategies that are inventive and margin-contributing and screen reliable and competitive vendors in the local market;
  • To build and maintain vendor relationships and secure advantageous terms, competitive and stable supply, and acquire campaigns from vendors based on data forecast and analysis.
  • To assist and push the launch of vendor resources and campaigns, including but not limited to the relevant communication on possible training, campaign requirements, and system configuration that may be involved in the process;
  • To handle escalated complaints from the service team: work closely with the customer service department to handle or provide assistance on escalated complaints. Capable of drawing inferences from one instance, summarizing specific cases, and output service improvement plans.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Valid working authorization in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English both oral and written
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a position within car rental companies
  • Strong logical thinking capability and data analysis capability, good learning ability, and resource integration ability

What We Provide

The annual base range for this position is $65,000 - $120,000. The range top could be higher if the performance is above target. With employees' ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role, there is potential to increase further. The offering salary for this role will vary based on the comprehensive competency assessment after the screening and interview sessions. Multiple factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experiences, and locations will be considered. Pay ranges may be modified in the future. Group offers a wide range of benefits to support employees and their families, including health insurance with 4 PPO options and 1 HMO (CA-based employees only), dental insurance with 2 plan options, vision insurance with 1 plan option, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance with benefits of up to $5,000 per month after 180 days of disability, and short-term disability insurance with benefits of up to $2,500 per week for up to 26 weeks of disability. We cover approximately 72.64% - 94.28% of the premium for employee medical insurance, and approximately 44.40% - 57.65% of the premium for dependents.

The company also offers a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution of 100% of the employee's deferral on the first 3% of eligible compensation and 50% of the employee's deferrals that exceed 3% but do not exceed 5% of eligible compensation, as well as time away from work for paid holidays (12 business days/year), paid sick leave (40 hours/year), paid time off (120 hours/year), and examination leave (32 hours/year).

Additionally, the company provides allowances and subsidies, such as business travel reimbursement, travel discounts, holiday allowance, and a vacation subsidy of USD 300 equivalent in the form of Trip Coins on every year for employees who have completed at least 6 months of service with the company.
