About the Job:

Trip.Biz is the leading Travel Management Company (TMC) in Asia, specializing in enabling enterprise, organizations and travel partners around the region to make informed and cost-effective bookings for corporate travel products and services, through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction and administrative platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers. The Client Success Manager works within the ecosystem of Trip.Biz to build the rapport from Client’s stakeholders with Trip.Biz through the process of manage the client’s experience with Trip.Biz product and service. Given the focus to ensure the clients are optimizing the Trip.Biz products and service to receive the highest return. Client Success Manager needs to know the ins and outs of a product of service to properly educate customers and communicate effectively with a logical manner. Through the process of onboarding and communicating with clients, gathering and delivering information between different teams as well as tracking and optimizing customer metrics.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

-Create a compelling vision and strategy that translates into tangible goals & objectives

-Set clear success metrics for executing against strategy and is accountable for results

-Responsible for maintaining a positive and long-term relationship with all business partners and clients

-Analyze, manage, and improve customer profitability and maximize revenues

-Navigate internally and externally to leverage network to drive results

-Identify and react to customer’s improvement areas and creatively apply solutions to improve

-Influences & educate customers by clearly articulating the benefits of Trip.Biz Services especially the online adoption rate improvement

-Negotiate new services and solutions to effectively to benefit customer needs, solutions and to expand portfolio value.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

-With considerable experience in Client Management field

-Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently

-With experience in Corporate travel agencies or travel related field is an advantage

-For Applicants with more experience are eligible to apply Senior Client Success Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

-Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop recommendations and action plans.

-Experience managing and building relationships with cross-functional teams both internally and externally

-Excellent analytical, problem solving and sales skills.

-Excellent client relationship and servicing skills.
