In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Provide support to Trip.com in maintaining and building successful business partnerships with Trip.com’s partners and manage all aspects of partner interactions
  • Monitor the success of each account and manage our worldwide expansion by advising on building demand based products that will eventually scale
  • Support the Partnerships and Affiliates Team in research, identification and segmentation of business opportunities (banks, airlines, affiliate websites, mobile platforms) to increase the number of potential visitors and traffic to Trip.com’s website
  • Highlight opportunity and key trends in the designated market\
  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of Trip.com to continuously optimize business opportunities
  • Manage all processes leading up to securing such partnerships (i.e. leads, prospecting, first contact, meetings, contract, integration and optimization)
  • Build and maintain a professional network within the travel industry
  • Monitor, research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in business development within the travel space, OTA preferred, with a strong track record of establishing and implementing such partnerships
  • Excellent track-record from an international environment
  • Knowledge of travel and e-commerce industry
  • Good business network in the SEA market with a strong ambition to keep expanding this network
  • Results oriented and relationship builder;
  • Experience working cross functionally;
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn;
  • Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
