In this Role, you’ll get to
Have a deep understanding of the Travel Management Company (TMC) industry, the local hotel market and customer conditions in Singapore.
- Responsible for sourcing local suppliers and cooperative relations maintenance; maintain the best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible suppliers.
- Provide professional hotel travel service solutions based on the local attributes and market for customers and expand potential sales of customers with local BD team.
- Work closely with Trip.Biz hotel supply Chain HQ & Trip.com ABG international teams to achieve targets and maximize hotel performance.
- Analyze customers’ behavior by using the Trip.Biz market intelligence; Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, supplier, etc.) to continuously improve customer service capabilities and cost efficiency.
Bachelor degree and above, hospitality or tourism majors are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in hospitality industry, background in Travel Management Companies, Online Travel Agencies or hotel chains preferred.
Self-motivated, team player. Willingness to learn new technology and open-minded.
Result and data-driven with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholder.
