About Us

TravelPerk is a hyper-growth SaaS business travel platform and a pioneer in the future of travel for work. Its all-in-one platform gives travelers the freedom they want whilst providing companies with the control they need. The result saves time, money, and hassle for everyone.

TravelPerk has industry-leading travel inventory alongside powerful management features, 24/7 customer support, state-of-the-art technology, and consumer-grade design.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, we’ve grown to over 1,400 people across Europe and North America. In 2022 we became a ‘unicorn’ and in 2025 we raised $200 million in a Series E funding round, increasing our valuation of $2.7 billion.

We’ve been winning awards too. Since 2023, we’ve been voted one of the best places to work, one of the fastest-growing apps and tech companies, and a leading pioneer of business travel.

These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to get the most out of their travel.

Design and creativity are integral to TravelPerk's success. Our designers and copywriters live and breathe in the intersection of design, creativity, and experience. We structure our teams to focus on the objectives to be achieved, not the “function”. As a Senior Brand Designer with the Creative Design team, your goal will be to create unforgettable brand experiences.

You will be an integral part of the Creative Design team within Marketing, working closely with the Creative Lead and reporting to our Creative Director. Our in-house studio is currently shaped by copywriters, visual designers, and motion designers. While we grow and develop our creative capabilities, you'll also collaborate with external creative partners and agencies.

Starting with a brief and working in a cross-functional setting, you'll turn our brand and business objectives into strategic design outcomes and engaging digital and physical brand experiences, all while maintaining the highest standards. Showing taste and being flexible, inventive, and ready to manage quick turnarounds will be key to your success in this role.

About the role

This role requires a solid background working in creative design projects from start to finish, either in-house or at an agency. It involves juggling priorities to drive business success, while working hand-in-hand with different teams to deliver scalable systems and toolkits to help others implement creative ideas across channels and regions. A spirit of collaboration and a passion for craft and design excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your creativity and design skills to craft visual systems and systems that elevate our brand, including identities, campaigns, events, etc. for both internal and external audiences.
  • Drive the delivery of brand experiences that turn business goals into effective design solutions
  • Develop scalable visual identity systems and templates to improve efficiency and simplify workflows.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration, promoting idea sharing and creative problem-solving.
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers, guiding their growth and skill development.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, experimenting with new tools and techniques to raise the bar and keep our brand relevant.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of 6+ years in brand and creative design.
  • A strong foundation in design principles: typography, colour, layout; all of them. Proven experience in art direction for photography and illustration.
  • In-depth knowledge of design technologies and creative production processes; familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • A proactive mindset. You're a self-starter who doesn't wait for others to bring ideas and can think both big and small, adapting your approach depending on a project's scale and requirements.
  • An obsessive attention to detail, balanced with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to present and articulate concepts and solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • An understanding of motion principles and experience creating storyboards, style frames, and directing and delivering motion design projects is a plus..
  • TravelPerk doesn’t require academic studies for this position. We select based on experience and potential, not credentials

Note: English is our first language. Besides Barcelona, our team is spread across Berlin, Birmingham, Boston, Chicago, Edinburgh, London, and Miami.

How to Apply

Please include a portfolio link with your application along with your CV. We'll be looking for evidence of your ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals, as well as strength in layout, colour, typography, and other design concepts.
