The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of enablement programs across our global sales organization—with a strong focus on team leadership and revenue leadership development.
Based in our Barcelona HQ and reporting to the Global Director of Sales Enablement, you’ll manage a team of Enablement Specialists, lead initiatives that elevate frontline manager capability, and build scalable onboarding and development programs for all revenue roles. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership, RevOps, and product marketing to ensure every rep and manager has the tools, skills, and knowledge to succeed—across both our Travel and Expense solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute a global enablement strategy that aligns with company and GTM goals—supporting SDRs, AEs, AMs, and post-sales roles.
- Design programs that drive onboarding success, continuous development, and enablement for newly acquired product lines.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior sales leadership to identify gaps and shape high-impact initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of Enablement Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
- Set direction, support career development, and ensure alignment with global enablement priorities.
Revenue Leadership Development
- Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for frontline sales managers and revenue leaders.
- Partner with HR, People Development, and Sales Directors to ensure our revenue managers are equipped to coach, lead, and scale effectively.
- Integrate leadership coaching into the fabric of the sales organization through playbooks, frameworks, and enablement routines.
Program Delivery & Insights
- Define KPIs and track program effectiveness through performance data, feedback, and impact metrics—constantly iterating to improve.
- Drive the development of engaging continuous enablement programs in multiple formats (live, virtual, async).
- Drive the build and program management of the onboarding journeys that shorten ramp time and drive early performance.
What will you need to succeed?
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM Strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing enablement teams.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering revenue leadership development programs for frontline managers or sales leaders.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, buyer journeys, and full-funnel sales orgs (SDR → AE → AM → Post-Sales).
- Experience supporting multi-product sales teams, ideally including both SaaS and services.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly data-driven, with experience defining success metrics and tracking enablement program outcomes. - Familiarity with enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Highspot, Mindtickle, LMS platforms) and Salesforce CRM.
- Willing and able to work in-office 3–5 days/week at our Barcelona HQ.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
