The Role

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Executive to join the Growth Marketing team! Reporting to the Paid Marketing Manager, in this role, you will play a pivotal role in our content team, directly impacting our demand generation, brand awareness, and growth. What will you be doing?

  • Managed TravelPerk’s paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to provide high-quality B2B leads for the sales team.
  • Create, monitor, and analyse A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Oversee the pacing and management of a €100k+ monthly ad spend.
  • Analyse in-platform metrics and online/offline conversions to make data-informed decisions and optimise campaign performance.
  • Perform industry and competitor analysis to enhance paid campaigns.
  • Provide management and key stakeholders with regular OKR updates and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to test new ad copy and creative assets to optimise engagement and conversion rates.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns in-house or at an agency.
  • Native French speaker with excellent writing skills and fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Exposure to or management of Display Advertising & Remarketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using high-efficiency ad management tools like Editor and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of tracking tag and pixel management or Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering or overachieving on high growth targets and quarterly goals.
  • Great communicator: Ability to explain decisions clearly when collaborating with the team.
  • Open to feedback and can take it constructively.
  • Strong executioner: Takes action and avoids getting stuck in planning mode.
  • Great at focusing on what matters most, embodying the 80/20 principle.
  • Team player: Always part of the solution, no matter the problem.
