What You Need

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably a mix at a large public accounting firm and a U.S. publicly traded corporation.
  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience with ASC 740, specifically with respect to the tax accounting aspects of global tax reporting consolidation, effective tax rate reconciliation, deferred tax accounting, uncertain tax positions, valuation allowances, return to provision processes and tax disclosures.
