We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join the DACH Sales team based in our Barcelona HQ!

Reporting to the DACH Sales Manager in this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate and driven team, contribute to the company's ongoing success, and be part of an innovative and dynamic organisation making waves in the travel industry. As a Sales Team Leader, you will:

  • Be the leader of around 8 Sales Executives covering the DACH Market (Barcelona).
    • Conduct weekly 121s and pipeline reviews with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement.
    • Work closely with each rep to problem-solve deals and revenue blockers.
    • Setup monthly development objectives for individuals and review overall performance.
    • Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional team.
    • Have a strong focus on constant skill development of the sales team.
    • Identify individual and team training needs.
    • Onboard and train new salespeople.
  • Foster a sense of ownership within the team.
  • Bring in fresh ideas on how we can sell more efficiently & effectively.
  • Work in partnership with other Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and relevant product/feature updates.
  • Develop specific training sessions based on collected recordings and direct feedback from your team including using gamification, role-playing activities, and pitch-simulation.

We are looking for:

  • Proven track record in your current role.
  • Previous experience in team coaching or management.
  • Previous experience in hiring top talent for your team.
  • Good understanding of our value proposition and the related internal processes and customer requirements.
  • Around 3-5 years of proven quarter-over-quarter sales success.
  • Data led in your approach.
  • Ability to design effective training programs.
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
  • Very creative and solution-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people, demonstrating strong empathy.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of our value proposition.
