The Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to join the Sales Enablement team! Our +350 global revenue team is growing significantly in size this year and our mission in Sales Enablement is to help our teams win. The programs we are investing in to do that include onboarding, continuous development, and cross functional alignment and communication.This is an opportunity for you to learn and provide support with the opportunity to engage, empower our front-line sales teams to drive revenue.

This role is a full-time 6 months internship where you thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and are collaborative. You are fearless in driving solutions and resolving problems which have yet to be uncovered.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Fluency in oral and written communications in English, any other language is a plus.
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and ownership.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Display a strong understanding of TravelPerk values, business acumen, and professionalism.
  • Team player, don't play political games and care more about the team's success than your career gains.
  • You are a results-driven person with solid character and perseverance.
  • Strong interest in the technology industry.
  • Eligible to sign University Agreement with University.

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub.
