About the role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team! You will be focused on sourcing top talent for TravelPerk’s North American sales team and delivering a 7-star experience for candidates while ensuring a seamless experience for the interview teams. Although you won't conduct many interviews yourself, you will be a key player in ensuring our recruitment team's success. In addition to this you will carry out integral projects in the People Team, working on data dashboards, employment branding strategy and process improvements. This is a 6-month contract position.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media), networking events, referrals, and other creative methods to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • At times, you may conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, interests, and qualifications for TravelPerk.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience and serving as a brand ambassador for TravelPerk.
  • Track and analyse sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and talent sourcing and recruitment best practices.

What you need:

  • A passion for Talent Acquisition and a desire to grow your career within the field of recruitment. Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates is a huge plus!
  • A “one team” mentality means that we are a team, and you want to win as a part of it.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for technology, travel, and innovation.
