Compensation:
- Base Salary: starting at 55K annually (negotiable based on experience)
- Benefits Stipend: 8K annually
Travel Requirements: Domestic and some international travel will be expected as part of this role.

Role Summary
The Biz Dev Enablement Coordinator is a foundational role that supports the effectiveness and efficiency of the Business Development team while offering hands-on exposure to Biz Dev operations and enablement. This position plays a key organizational and operational role—managing CRM hygiene, supporting marketing and digital sales strategy, coordinating advisor communications, and helping organize Biz Dev activities so that business development team members can focus on relationship-building and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, systems-minded, and interested in biz dev operations, enablement, and the travel industry. While primarily internal and process-driven, the role includes some travel to support roadshows, events, and biz dev strategy.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Biz Dev Operations Support
- Maintain and update the CRM systems, ensuring accurate contact records, notes, and activity tracking
- Support CRM workflows, tagging, segmentation, and basic automation under the direction of biz dev leadership
- Assist with tracking sales activity, leads, advisor engagement, and progress against goals and in Salesforce
- Prepare recurring biz dev reports and summaries for internal use
- Help document and maintain CRM and biz dev process best practices
Enablement & Team Coordination
- Support the Biz Dev team by organizing materials, templates, presentations, and shared resources
- Help coordinate internal workflows, timelines, and task tracking
- Serve as a point of coordination between biz dev, marketing, and destination teams for day-to-day needs
- Proactively flag gaps, inefficiencies, or follow-ups that help the team stay organized
Marketing Calendar & Content Coordination
- Assist in managing biz dev and marketing calendars in collaboration with the marketing consultant
- Coordinate advisor-facing communications such as newsletters, announcements, invitations, and educational content
- Support scheduling and execution of campaigns and consultant outreach
- Help track engagement metrics and maintain content schedules
Advisor Communications & Data Management
- Support advisor communications and follow-up logistics
- Maintain clean distribution lists, CRM segmentation, and contact data
- Ensure timely routing of inbound advisor inquiries to the appropriate GM/team member
- Assist in keeping advisor and agency records accurate and up to date
Events, Roadshows & Travel Support
- Support planning and logistics for roadshows, trade shows, and biz dev events
- Assist with invitations, scheduling, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up
- Attend select events or roadshows as needed to support biz dev strategy
- Ensure leads and contacts from events are properly entered into the CRM
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, CRM administration, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with CRM systems or databases (training provided as needed)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury services industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience supporting events, roadshows, or client-facing initiatives
- Interest in biz dev operations, enablement, or business development career paths
Travel & Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to carry a laptop and light materials when traveling
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States
