WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re an exceptional team with a background in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We are looking for someone to drive large-scale corporate partnership growth. This role shifts from individual execution to strategic leadership, overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring alignment with global innovation goals. We are based in Paris.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential corporate partners.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage C-suite decision-makers at prospective partner organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess partner viability and alignment with long-term program goals.
  • Confidently present the organization's value proposition, converting high-value leads into strategic partners.

Sales Lifecycle & Operations Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and high-level proposal development to complex contract negotiation and execution.
  • Accurately track sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vertical Director and Ventures team to ensure seamless onboarding and resource allocation for new partners.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tech solutions.

Team Development & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Hunter team, driving them toward exceeding sales quotas.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with senior management, customers, and global support staff.

Typical Background

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience (including lead roles), with a track record of exceeding quotas and building strong client relationships. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce or Clay.
  • Mindset: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Professional English and French proficiency required
