WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are actively seeking an HR Intern to assist with the HR daily operations and processes; administer projects and maintain records and data.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Handle all day to day employee inquiries
• Manage employee tracking system and reporting data (hires, terminations, enrollments, etc.)
• Responds to phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence
• Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects and other duties
• Handle employees' benefits with providers
• Contract drafting and other legal documents

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Extremely high level of attention to detail
• Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• High fluency in English and Spanish
