We are searching for a seasoned executive to lead the entire Go-To-Market Finance team. This is a highly visible role - as you will be the primary partner to the most senior GTM executives in the company and the point person to the CEO & CFO on all things topline related . Your scope will encompass leadership of the entire go-to-market motion which includes all new, expansion revenue and bookings data, marketing and unit economic analytics - spanning both our Travel and Expense products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the lead finance executive partner to our Chief Revenue Officer as well as cross-functional alignment with our business unit GM’s and CEO’s. You will partner with Sales, RevOps and Marketing teams to help shape and define financial plans, business plans, and strategies
  • Own end-to-end annual planning, quarterly and monthly re-forecasts and weekly analysis for all consolidated revenue, bookings key GTM metrics across the entire company
  • Develop a deep understanding of the GTM funnel and serves as the chief storyteller to the executive team on the various components, business performance and with a POV on how to improve operating health and future investment decisions
  • Drive headcount and expense planning for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Partner with Marketing to forecast and report on marketing ROI and unit economics
  • Mentor and lead a world-class team of highly ambitious finance leaders and push the boundaries on producing deeper operational insights

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have 10+ years of directly applicable experience in Sales FP&A Finance, preferably with previous experience in a usage based software model
  • Deep understanding of the entire GTM funnel from demand generation to sales productivity to revenue conversion
  • You have had direct experience with forecasting revenue for the entire company, ideally at a publicly traded company
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with our dynamic GTM team
  • You’re a high-energy leader with an infectious passion for developing others – you practice confidence without attitude or ego. You have 5+ years of demonstrated success as a people manager
  • You are a poised communicator and are accustomed to actively sharing your point of view; Have experience with cultivating highly successful C-level relationships
  • Prioritizing multiple work streams and intense demands on your time is second nature
  • Exceptional quantitative skills with mastery in developing and designing financial and operating models
  • Experience distilling complex analyses into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
  • You have a reputation for navigating large networks of people and systems to find the information you need; you tell the compelling story behind the data through relevant insights and actionable conclusions

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
