Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall efficiency while leveraging their expertise in marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Eloqua.
This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Responsibilities will include executing marketing campaigns, providing comprehensive reports, gathering feedback and insights, and proactively seeking ways to streamline our marketing operations and initiatives. Their contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns, ultimately making a substantial impact on our company's growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Marketo and Eloqua, combining strategic oversight and business alignment with direct involvement in campaign execution.
- Ensure seamless integration, functionality, and alignment of the marketing technology stack with company business needs.
- Enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of marketing and sales processes through workflow and system optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams across different time zones to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve lead enrichment, scoring and qualification processes to enhance lead management.
- Generate reporting, dashboards, and data analysis enabling data-driven decision-making for both marketing and sales organizations.
- Manage data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across global markets where Navan operates.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in marketing operations ideally in global SAAS companies.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing targeted campaigns within Marketo and/or Eloqua, and Salesforce CRM, specifically tailored for large-scale companies with extensive databases while ensuring optimal engagement and results.
- In-depth understanding of lead management, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics within a hyper-growth context.
- Experience with database management, enrichment processes and platform integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Relevant certifications in Marketo and Eloqua are a plus.
- Experience with additional platforms such as Full Circle Insights, ThoughtSpot, Unbounce, and Chili Piper are a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Flexibility and availability to work outside of local time zones as needed to support global marketing operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
