What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Modern Adventure marketing team, you'll drive the growth and performance of our partnerships with world-renowned chefs, designers, and brands—our "Tastemakers" who transform our trips into extraordinary experiences. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee a diverse roster of Tastemakers across culinary, art/design, and other sectors
  • Manage the entire Tastemaker sales lifecycle, from onboarding to marketing and trip execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Tastemakers

Marketing and Performance

  • Be responsible for Tastemaker marketing efforts, ensuring that they market and sell trips to their audiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Tastemakers' ability to market and sell trips
  • Monitor and report on channel performance and KPIs
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure trips showcase our Tastemakers' unique stories and expertise

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate Tastemakers' travel arrangements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive partnership materials and documentation
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and productivity

Strategic Thinking and Execution

  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit exceptional work ethic and collaborative spirit
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver high-quality results

What You’ll Bring

  • High EQ and the ability to get other humans to do great things
  • At least 3 years’ account management experience
  • Background/familiarization with marketing
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset and experience using Salesforce, Jira, and G-Suite
  • Process thinking and systems building
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Positive, can-do attitude. Problem solver.
  • Ability to communicate across an organization
  • Ability to work in a fluid, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • An expert in identifying and maximizing business opportunities for your accounts and managing partnership marketing campaigns
  • A native speaker of travel and consumer brands

  • Equally comfortable talking to creatives, marketers, brand partners and business executives
  • A gifted writer, listener, connector and communicator
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and flexing your skills
