What You'll Do

Create Effortless Guest Experiences

  • Deliver warm, polished and personalised service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the AC brand's attention to detail.

Bring the Rivo Experience to Life

  • Provide attentive service across our restaurant, bar and dining experiences.
  • Develop knowledge of our Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage offerings.
  • Confidently recommend menu items and beverages to guests.

Deliver with Purpose

  • Support daily food and beverage operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • A warm, confident and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A current RSA certificate and relevant food safety training.
