KAYAK is seeking an accountable and action oriented Project Manager for our product function to drive successful execution across key product initiatives! In this position, you will manage the development and execution of some of KAYAK’s most impactful and exciting objectives. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to lead complex projects and collaborate cross functionally. You will drive efficiency and rapid learning cycles, having an impact in a company that has a bias for action.

This position is required to work from our Concord, MA office at least 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage multiple multi month projects which span business areas and functions.
- Define, adapt and stay accountable for the overall project roadmap.
- Track and drive project implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Relentlessly optimize for efficiency to drive process improvements.
- Relentlessly drive project success with learning cycles to define iterations.
- Collaborate across departments, making decisions to optimize getting things out of the door quickly whilst meeting project success metrics.
- Manage stakeholders both cross functionally and with leadership to ensure transparency, alignment and insightful decision making.
- Clearly understand and lay out risks, benefits and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Understand and manipulate complex data, driving insights and validating hypothesis to measure success.
- Conscientious decision making while considering the nuances of a comprehensive two-sided marketplace.
Please apply if you have:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce or ahigh-growth environment.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Solid track record of managing multiple, complex projects with success.
- Affinity with numbers and data, with knowledge of data analysis and querying languages (eg. SQL, Python).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational complexities, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to detailed problem solving.
- Technical savviness, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to get stuff done.
- Demonstrated experience in using data to drive decision-making and project management.
- Able to work and collaborate with multiple cross functional partners spanning levels of management and global regions.
