We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Intern to join our Office Management Team part-time.

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in managing corporate travel logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service.

You will work closely with the Office Managers and other team members to coordinate travel arrangements, optimize travel policies, and support overall travel management strategies.

Our team:

What you will do:

    • Assist in planning and organizing corporate travel itineraries for employees and executives.
    • Support the booking of flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
    • Monitor and maintain travel schedules, updating stakeholders as needed.
    • Assist in negotiating with vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies) to secure the best deals.
    • Handle travel-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to travelers promptly.
    • Learn and assist with travel expense reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Collaborate with the team to optimize travel policies and procedures for efficiency and cost savings.
    • Stay updated on travel industry trends, safety protocols, and new tools/software relevant to corporate travel.

Who you are:

    • Recent graduate, currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Works (Word, Excel, Gmail)
    • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
