We are looking for an energetic and detailed oriented Senior Accountant to support our amazing Finance team in the day-to-day accounting tasks. This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

The finance team is very flexible and energetic. We work closely with other teams at the same time as we contribute to the company’s growth and scalability: optimising our systems, policies and processes, ensuring the accuracy and control of the information, adapting our financial accounting and reporting, developing business plans to help in the decision making and to anticipate risks and opportunities, etc.

Your mission within Kantox

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities
• Monthly billing and management of related requests alongside with one of our Senior Accountant
• Support on reimbursements review and approvals
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processes
• Take the lead in the coordination of the accounts receivables alongside with the Senior Accountants, as well in the month closing process, handling accounting issues/discrepancies
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Support on the automatization of internal processes and systems
• Assist with annual financial audit preparations
• Assist with tax returns (mainly VAT)
• Supervise and mentor the accounting assistants
