Location: Americas (Remote).

Territory: Brazil & Mexico (Primary Focus).

Languages: Portuguese or Spanish required (both preferred.

Reporting Line: Close partnership with GM, Americas.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Sales Director to build and scale Grain’s commercial presence across Latin America, with primary focus on Brazil and Mexico.

This is a quota-carrying, hands-on leadership role with full regional ownership, working closely with the GM, Americas. You will drive revenue, shape regional GTM execution, and position Grain as a trusted FX partner across LATAM.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute LATAM go-to-market strategy in partnership with the GM.
  • Own pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth.
  • Close complex enterprise and mid-market deals across fintech, payments, PSPs, and marketplaces.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles involving finance, treasury, and product stakeholders.
  • Provide regional market insights to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Build ecosystem partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, and broader LATAM.
  • Travel regularly across the region.
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes as the company grows.

Who You Are

  • Proven quota-carrying sales leader with experience closing complex deals.
  • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (both strongly preferred).
  • Experience selling fintech, payments, FX, SaaS, or financial infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong hunter mentality with outbound discipline and ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a Series A environment.
  • Highly accountable, resilient, and outcome-driven.
  • Excited to travel frequently across LATAM.

  • High-quality LATAM pipeline built within the first 90 days.
  • Strategic customers closed and expanded within 6–12 months.
  • Grain established as a trusted FX and payments partner in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
