Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Controller to join our growing fintech team in Israel.
This role will be instrumental in managing core financial operations, supporting global activities across the US and Europe, and contributing to the setup and scaling of new entities from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage Accounts Payable and vendor payments
- Lead month-end closing processes
- Work closely with external auditors
- Interface with banks and financial institutions
- Collaborate with accountants and advisors in the US and Europe
- Support regulatory and compliance-related processes
- Assist with financial aspects related to hedging transactions
- Support global entity setup and financial operations
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in a similar Controller or Finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- CPA certification or CPA track – strong advantage
- Background in financial services or fintech – strong advantage
- Understanding of hedging transactions – an advantage
- Experience with month-end closing and audit processes
- Strong English proficiency (required)
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, out-of-the-box mindset, and comfortable growing alongside a fast-scaling company.
