About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Talent Acqusition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for both R&D and GTM roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, drive the candidate journey end-to-end, and make sure every candidate has an amazing experience along the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Source for top talent through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to truly understand the role, team, and priorities.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure everything runs smoothly for both candidates and managers.
- Continuously elevate the candidate experience - because first impressions matter!
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience recruiting for tech and GTM roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS systems - Comeet is a plus.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to work with reports and metrics.

- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
