Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire design function at Grain as the sole designer
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design user experiences across web and mobile
• Design tools that support platforms handling millions of cross-border transactions, where trust and UX are key
• Define how the product looks and feels
• Work with our Head of Marketing on all things brand – including marketing and sales content, and help shape the brand identity
• Maintain and evolve the company’s Wix-based website
• Lead design for projects that are central to the company’s success
• Have a high-impact, high-ownership role in a fast-growing fintech startup

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in Figma - Must
• Experience designing complex web applications, ideally in SaaS or Fintech products.
• Experience in brand design, marketing content for social media and sales - Big advantage
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite - Advantage
• Experience maintaining or building websites on Wix - Advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools (lovable, Bolt etc.)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• A portfolio that shows how design decisions have driven product adoption and led to flow transformation.
