Works, and HSP, we help OTAs, TMCs, and travel platforms increase profitability and streamline complex hotel distribution. Backed by strong product-market fit, we’re entering a phase of rapid growth, expanding from 50 to 75+ employees in the next six months.
The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our executive leadership team and take full ownership of the People function. This is a rare opportunity to build the HR infrastructure from the ground up: define the vision, create the roadmap, and implement the tools, systems, and practices that will shape Gimmonix’s next chapter.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role. You’ll oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance, engagement, and compliance for a hybrid team based in Israel and across 10+ global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain Leadership– Build and lead the HR domain—strategy, operations, compliance & policies, HRIS
- Talent Acquisition – Lead full-cycle hiring and strengthen our employer brand across local and international markets
- Performance & Development – Launch frameworks for feedback, performance management, and career development
- Executive Sponsorship – Partner with the CEO and exec team on org design, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Culture & Engagement – Build a values-driven, high-performance culture for distributed teams
Who You Are
✅ 7+ years in HR with 3+ years in senior leadership roles at scaling tech/SaaS companies
✅ Proven success building HR from scratch—people, processes, and platforms
✅ Strong grasp of global employment practices and multicultural team dynamics
✅ Data-driven, hands-on, and business-minded with strong communication skills
✅ Experience leading HR for hybrid and remote teams across multiple countries
✅ Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar
