What You’ll Do

• Close high-value deals with OTAs, TMCs, and travel wholesalers.
• Build & lead a sales team while remaining a hands-on contributor.
• Develop & refine sales strategies, go-to-market execution, and positioning.
• Drive new revenue & expansion—owning the number and smashing targets.
• Shape processes & optimize sales ops, leveraging data for better forecasting.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to fine-tune messaging and accelerate growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (travel tech, hospitality tech, or API-driven software is a plus).
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals & leading sales teams.
• Strong leadership & coaching skills—you sell, mentor, and inspire.
• Execution-focused & data-driven—you move fast, iterate, and optimize.
• Experience with HubSpot & sales analytics tools.
